Payment information: Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment card details on our servers. We may receive limited payment-related details such as payment confirmation, transaction identifiers, date, and amount.

5) Public directory of certified technicians and companies

CNADCA operates a public directory to help the public and industry verify certification status.

The directory may include information such as:

  • Company name (and, where applicable, location such as city/province)
  • Technician name
  • Certification status (e.g., active/expired) and related verification details

If you believe directory information is inaccurate, contact us at info@cnadca.com to request a correction.

6) When we share information

We may share personal information with service providers who help us operate the Website and deliver our services, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • A CRM tool (customer/member relationship management)
  • Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage)

We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to maintain appropriate safeguards for the sensitivity of the information.
